Post-screening discussion on fast fashion and its impacts on the environment

The Emmanuel Sustainability Committee will screen the documentary, The True Cost, on April 27 at 3pm. This groundbreaking investigation of fast fashion reveals that while the price of clothing has been decreasing for decades, the human and environmental costs have grown dramatically.

A workshop on upcycling clothing scraps into tapestries will be held from 4:30-5:30pm.
