It is time to tell the story behind the clothes we are wearing and reveal the inconvenient truth about the fast fashion industry. We need to know that as consumers, our questions, our voices, our shopping habits can have the power to help change things for the better. We have to use our power to put an end to a fashion industry that exploits people and planet. You can start this journey with asking the simple question; How made my clothes?

If you feel drawn to pull back the curtains on the untold story behind the fashion industry we would highly recommend you to join us during Fashion Revolution week.

Come to the Edric Theatre at London South Bank University on the 20th of April at 5pm and take part of an unforgettable live performance based on The True Cost Documentary by the Drama society at LSBU, followed by a screening of the documentary itself. The True Cost is a ground breaking documentary that has shaken the entire fashion world and leaves its viewers to consider, who really pays the real price for our clothing? After the screening a panel debate will take place, discussing the current situation within the fashion industry and what action can be taken. The panel will consist of representatives from the fashion industry, NGOs and other operators related to the industry. And not to worry, there will be time for the audience to ask questions to the panel!

We will round up the evening with a mingle and drinks of all its flavours.
