Copenhagen Trashion presents The True Cost

Trashion Vol. IV is showing The True Cost prior to their 4th Ratwalk and Fashion Show. Copenhagen Trashion organized this event in collaboration with AFUK, Flydende By and Copenhagen Underground. 

The True Cost is an absolutely incredible and tragically insightful documentary which depicts the terribly harmful consequences of the fashion industry. The film is a groundbreaking investigation of fast fashion - revealing that while the price of clothing has been decreasing for decades the human and environmental costs have grown dramatically.

The Ratwalk and Fashion Show begin at 3pm, followed by live music at 3:30pm.

Copenhagen Trashion teaches others how to design their own clothing using 100% up-cycled material. They host workshops, teach new skills, and invite aspiring designers to walk down their 'ratwalk' to show off their outfits or to watch the show from the crowd to spread the word about sustainability, upcycling, and taking fashion back into their own hands!
