How can it be that prices for clothing are constantly decreasing? By looking for the answers to this question, Andrew Morgan follows the production chain of clothes from factories to the fashion retail stores. Like almost no other market, fashion industry shows how far appearance and reality are apart: Glamorous fashion shows on the one side, unjust working conditions exploiting workers and the environment on the other side. What became clear is that others have to suffer and pay the price for our clothes. Against this, we as consumers should critically reflect upon the concept of fast fashion and look for alternatives.
