The True Cost is a fascinating documentary film which tells the story of the clothes we wear, the people who make them and the impact that the fashion industry is having on a global scale.
Filmed in countries all over the world, from the brightest runways to the darkest slums, The True Cost follows some of the people working in the industry – designers, factory workers, farmers, business leaders – to explore the human and environmental effects of the ever-growing demand for cheap clothing.
