Foxlowe Arts Centre presents The True Cost

Wednesday, April 6, 7:30pm
Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek, Staffordshire, UK
FREE and open to the public. Donations welcome.

Why are clothes so much cheaper than they used to be? In the run up to Fashion Revolution Day (fashionrevolution.org), The True Cost asks us to consider who really pays the price for our clothing. It looks at the clothes we wear, the people who make them and the impact the industry is having on our world. The price of clothing has been decreasing for decades but the human and environmental costs have grown dramatically.
