The True Cost - fashion documentary screening

Share

As part of this year's Fashion Revolution campaign, Ten Thousand Villages Pittsburgh is hosting a free community screening of The True Cost. Come and join us as we learn together about the human rights issues and the environmental impact of the "fast fashion" industry. The True Cost pulls back the curtain on the untold story of fashion and asks us to consider, who really pays the price for our clothing?

Ten Thousand Villages is a non-profit, fair trade store located at 5820 Forbes Avenue in Squirrel Hill. We sell fair trade clothing, jewelry, home decor, accessories and food. all handmade by artisans in developing countries.
